De kamers waren groot en hadden comfortabele bedden en een luxe badkamer. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en er waren faciliteiten zoals een koelkast en een waterkoker.

De kamers waren erg gehorig.

The property was pleasant, with very competent staff and a wonderful location on the coast. Good service and an extensive breakfast with nice yogurt made for a really nice experience. the location is not far from restaurants and is a secluded getaway.

The absolute calmness and the sight from the balcony - either seaside and vines. Very helpful and friendly staff - nice breakfast, nice spa with beautiful and sheltered sea view.That is why I came for another day having a sea view room.

- The sea was not accessable at that spot because of lots of more or less big stones and algues. - Spa swimming pool a bit small for public to have access at certain times - Under the bed linen a plastic protection for the mattresses - no-go for a hotel of such class and prices! There are other possibilities like absorbing cotton cloth that do not bother the sleeping persons.

Very nice hotel on the beach in a small lovely village of l'Ile de ré. Perfect for a weekend break at a spa.

Cozy room with all you need - warm central heating, ironing set, and coffee/tea makers. the staff here are super friendly and definitely deserve a solid 4-star rating! 😊

A very comfortable hotel and I would certainly use it again.

The bathroom was a decent size. The cleaning was excellent - really good maids. The reception staff were charming and helpful. Breakfast was divine and the one evening meal we had there was also delicious.

The guest room doors make a loud noise when allowed to swing shut. It was possible to hear children's voices through the wall - may be because they are at a higher pitch than adults.

The rooms were spacious and had a nice terrace to enjoy.

We had an exceptionally comfortable room with a view. The breakfast was amazing with nice yoghurt, and the restaurant was great.

The hotel has all the facilities and standards of a 4* hotel. Nice rooms (we had a seaview on the ground level), good restaurant and bar and adjacent spa facilities. Plus it was right next to the beach and an easy walk from the nearest village.

We were surprised to find that the room didn't have a/C. Only the highest spec. Rooms have this facility.

Lovely surprise with the beautiful sea view and the absolute calm of the room. the restaurant served very good food and had great service.

The spa was not up to par with a 4-star hotel. the sauna wasn't warm, the pool didn't look clean and was too cold.

Modern interior, beautiful buffet breakfast ,in modern dining area overlooking the sea. Excellent evening meals in restaurant .Spa facility if needed.

Lack of outdoor pool,slightly isolated , require to travel by car to other areas, limited bicycles for hire. Not neceasssarily a hotel for teeenagers.

I gotta say, for the price we paid, the value was totally worth it. The room was bright and airy, with a perfect bathroom. And man, the location was just fantastic, right by the beach. The staff treated us like VIPs, super friendly and helpful.

The breakfast selection could use a little improvement. The egg boiling machine was a disaster, took forever for a soft boiled egg.

The food in the restaurant was too gourmande for dinner - there should be a more relaxed bistro option
